Who is eligible?
For the 2023-2024 UPK school year, children who reside in the Franklinville Central School District attendance area with birthdays between December 2, 2018 and December 1, 2019 are eligible to apply for the program.Where is the program located?
The Franklinville Central School offers UPK at its Franklinville Elementary location. These are full-day placements (7:35 am - 2:25 pm), 5 days a week and follow the Franklinville calendar.What are the obligations to families (cost, transportation, etc)?
There is no cost for the program. The program is paid for through a Universal Pre-Kindergarten grant. Transportation will be provided to and from school for those living outside the village.Registering for the UPK program does not guarantee you a placement.
