• Thank you for your interest in the Universal Pre-Kindergarten (UPK) program through the Franklinville Central School District.  The New York State Education Department funds the UPK program. 

      Registration for the 2023-2024 school year is open. Please call the Elementary School Main Office to request your registration packet today. Please contact Kelsie Dinkins with any questions at (716) 676-8020 or kdinkins@tbafcs.org.

      After completing the registration packet, you should contact Kelsie Dinkins to review the information.  Please drop off completed packets at the elementary. This should be done only after you have completed the paperwork and have obtained all associated documentation.


      About Universal Pre-Kindergarten (UPK)

      • The UPK program is limited to children who will be four years old on or before December 1st, 2023

      • You must be a legal resident of the Franklinville Central School District.

      • The program is a full-day program and will run five (5) days a week.  

      • The program will follow the school district calendar, with an anticipated 180 days of student attendance.  

      • Transportation to and from the program will be provided for students outside the district's village.

      • Two (2) UPK classes will be held at Franklinville Elementary.
