New Middle/High School Principal
The Board of Education would also, like to welcome our newly hired Middle/High School Principal, Mr. Robert Hirsch. He has over 18 years of experience teaching Middle/High School Social Studies at the Warsaw Central School District. Formerly, Mr. Hirsch served as the Response to Intervention Director for the Alfred-Almond School District, where he mentored teachers in instructional technology, curriculum and instruction. As Director, he worked closely with faculty to realign the curriculum to comply with the Next Generation Learning Standards and concentrate teacher instruction to best prepare students to thrive in the present world. Mr. Hirsch prides himself to foster strong working relationships with local school communities and facilitates integration of initiatives designed to enhance the growth and development of students by encouraging an educational environment. At Alfred-Almond School District, Mr. Hirsch also served as Co-Chair on the Student Improvement Team, which improved school culture through productive community involvement.
