Term: 7/1/2026 - 6/30/2031

Michael Brisky is a lifelong resident of the Franklinville Central School District, graduating from FCS/TBA in 2002 and subsequently attending SUNY Albany receiving a Bachelor’s Degree. Michael is currently the Cattaraugus County Deputy County Administrator. He and his wife, Elizabeth, the FCS/TBA Elementary Librarian, live in Franklinville with their three children, Renee (7^th grade), Michael (5^th grade) and Jillian (2^nd grade).

Term: 7/1/2022 - 6/30/2027

Dr. Blundon’s family moved to Franklinville in 1998 and is a TBA alum from the graduating class of 2006. After high school, he attended the State University of New York at Fredonia, where he acquired a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Genetics and a minor in Public Health (2010), as well as a Master’s degree in Biology (2012). He further pursued his education in Cell and Developmental Biology, receiving his Doctorate degree from Carnegie Mellon University in 2017. Dr. Blundon has also held two post-doctoral research appointments at prestigious institutions, such as the Waggoner Center for Alcohol & Addiction Research, in Austin, Texas, as well as Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center in Buffalo, New York.

Along with his 10 years of published research, he developed over 8 years of teaching experience at the collegiate level—instructing all levels of students, from freshman to seniors, and graduate students. Today, Dr. Blundon is a small business owner in the village of Franklinville as a Research & Development strategist and consultant. Dr. Blundon and his wife, Jordyn Blundon, have recently re-established their roots back in Franklinville to start their family after achieving their educational goals. Dr. Blundon is eager to bring fresh ideas to Franklinville’s school with his community-first, active-parent approach, drawing from his experiences in upper-level education as an acting guide.

Term: 7/1/2025 - 6/30/2030

The Franklinville School Community would like to recognize Mrs. Sara Hatch, as a school board member. Mrs. Hatch raised here in Franklinville, and graduated from TBA in 1998. She attended Nazareth College in Rochester and has a Bachelor's degree in Health Science, and a Master's degree in Physical Therapy. She has been a licensed physical therapist in NY for the past 17 years. She has worked for Cattaraugus-Allegany BOCES as a school-based physical therapist for the past 15 years, and works at OGH on a per-diem basis. She and her husband Cary have three sons, all attending TBA-FCS (at the elementary, middle, and high school levels).

Mrs. Hatch has been involved in the Franklinville PTO for years, as well as active at First Baptist Church and Camp JYC, and with Franklinville Youth Football. She serves on the Executive Committee for the United BOCES Teachers Association. She wants to help find innovative ways to empower our students, strengthen our school programs, and bridge the school and home communities. Mrs. Hatch is excited to be an advocate for every student's maximum potential.

Term: 7/1/2024 - 6/30/2029

I was born and raised in Ischua. I am a class of 2005, Franklinville Central alum. I currently live in Ischua, right down the street from where I was raised. I have a loving wife, Tori, of 12 years. We have a daughter, Aria, who is in 2nd grade and a son, Nash, who is in 1st grade. I currently help coach little league baseball and flag football in the fall. I wanted to get involved with the board because my kids are going to be attending school for the next decade and I wanted to make sure that the school district continues to move in a common sense direction - what makes sense for the Franklinville school district.  I just want to be involved with decisions to make sure we do what's best for our students and community as a whole. I believe that I can bring some of my professional career skills to the board. I was previously a district manager for a uniform delivery company and currently I am a purchasing and planning specialist for SolEpoxy in Olean. I look forward to the opportunity to serve the community. And please don't hesitate to reach out to me with any questions, I believe that communication is key. 

Term: 7/1/2023 - 6/30/2028

Mr. Slavinski moved to Franklinville in 2000 with his wife Claire Slavinski.  Mark worked for the City of Olean Police Department for 29 years, then retired and became the Chief of Police for the Village of Franklinville.  He and his wife Claire, have a daughter Anna and a son William (Billy) who graduated from TBA/FCS.
