Self-Control
Definitions: Self-Control is the ability to control oneself, especially in difficult situations.
Being in charge of your thoughts, words, emotions and actions.
Examples of self-control:
Keep your hands and feet to yourself
Raising your hand in class
Be patient with friends and family
Walk quietly in the hallway
Use words to express how you are feeling
Give others a chance to talk during discussions
Do the right thing even when no one is looking
